At Persist Fitness, our private training sessions offer a personalized and tailored approach to fitness. Each session is designed specifically for you, focusing on your unique goals, schedule, and preferences. Whether you're looking to improve overall fitness, prepare for a specific event, or address specific health concerns, our certified trainers will guide you every step of the way.

Take the first step in establishing your fitness journey. Join us for a signature assessment where we listen to your goals, discuss health-related concerns and your experience with exercise and the gym. We will also be conducting a joint and connective tissue assessment, as well as doing some movement observation.

$500 every month

One-on-one sessions with Sarah twice a month, 30 minutes per session.
