WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ASSESSMENT?

Sarah is interested in getting to know you! You will go over training and health history, goals and expectations of working with a coach, and do a movement observation.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING?

Sarah will prioritize the client’s needs and if she has availability will move people from different types of sessions. For example, it’s common for clients coming out of physical therapy or who are totally new to a gym environment to begin in one-on-one and then “graduate” into Semi-Private training. And sometimes, a member of Semi-Private training will find one-on-one more suitable for them.

HOW SOON CAN I FEEL/SEE RESULTS?

It’s likely that you will start to notice an improvement in your movement quality within a couple of weeks! Strength training progress can take a bit longer, but within three months you will be able to move better, lift more weight and do more work than when you first began.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED ACCESS TO FOR GET STRONG DIGITAL?

GET STRONG Digital can be executed in an commercial gym, private training facility or a robust home gym. Dumbbells are required as is a barbell and and squat rack. Sarah provides bands for her GET STRONG Digital clients.
