Each individually designed program is made to move you toward your goals and the time outside the gym should do the same. Persist Fitness provides guidance on nutrition, sleep, water intake,and stress management- all facets of our holistic training approach. We can connect you to other health and wellness professionals in our community that provide services outside our scope of practice.
