Triple Threat, On the Double, Streaming Success and Best of Both clients enjoy this initial, tailored, one on one session. It is our opportunity to learn where you’ve been, where you are and where you would like to be in terms of your health and fitness. We listen to your goals and history as well as discuss any health related concerns from your completed Medical History and Activity Form. Contract and liability waivers are completed as well as logging the following baseline measurements: resting heart rate, postural analysis, body circumference, weight, Rate of Perceived Exertion, before photos and flexibility. This meeting establishes a clear understanding of your health goals, ideal tasks and springboard for your program design. Follow up includes correspondence with other members of your healthy living team, as needed, digital goal sheet and resource suggestions.
